The Nappy Collective is powered by dedicated volunteers who support vulnerable families across Australia. Our Collective Crew volunteers are the heart of our mission, helping to collect, sort, and deliver nappies to families in need within their local communities.

At The Nappy Collective, we understand that volunteers have busy lives, so our flexible volunteering program is designed to fit around your schedule. It’s a simple and effective way to support your community, helping families in need and vulnerable children without requiring a weekly commitment.

Working with Children Check

The Nappy Collective is committed to being a child-safe organisation. Please note that all volunteers must provide a Working with Children Check as a condition of registration. Volunteers can apply for free in most Australian states and territories.

WA volunteers do not require a WWCC.
QLD volunteers must register their details below before obtaining their Blue Card.

What does a volunteer with The Nappy Collective do?

At The Nappy Collective, we rely on passionate volunteers across Australia to help get nappy donations from our local Collection Points to our registered Community Partners in your region.

Volunteer tasks include:

Collecting nappy donations from local Collection Points as needed
Counting and sorting nappies by size
Delivering nappies to families in need through Community Partners

Most of our Collective Crew volunteers help with collecting, sorting and delivering donations locally, but we also have coordination and leadership roles available.
